just love the videos I have been looking for years for instructions .
I also love the table I would like to make one for my own use is there a way to get the plans for it ?
thanks
Hi Donna,
This table was made for me in about 1987 by the woodworking husband of one of my students. The table is gone and the family moved out of state and he never made plans. Sorry. But I’m sure someone with a few skills, tools and inventiveness could create a good table. It was a special, fold-down (for traveling) teaching table so that I could stand up and students could see the work.
And I’m glad you love the videos. Me too, goofy as that sounds.
Thank you for being so generous in sharing those old videos! My parents sent me the Bond Knitting Frame from England over thirty years ago as a Christmas present and it’s been sitting in my dusty, moldy basement for the last two decades (I discovered quilting!) It’s covered in sawdust and goodness knows what else but I plan to pick it up and dust it off and see if it is still operable. I have boxes of yarn in the attic and your videos have inspired me to start up again. Thank you!
You are so welcome Pamela, and it really is a fun tool. Give it a good soak in the bathtub. The old ones are practically indestructible.
Please tell me how to get copies of your videos for the Bond Knitting Machine.’
My copies for worn out and I need to get new ones. These were the best on the market.
I can send a check, money order or credit card. I would like all three tapes, but really need the “Meet Your Bond” and ” First Bond Sweater”. Thanks in advance.
Hi Norma,
Thank you for your kind words. I’m working toward getting all four of my old videos into DVD form, however, if you want VHS copies I just found one of each. I’ll email you with details on how to get them.
Hello: If I buy the iBook as long as I receive in my mail? and your videos so beatiful thanks for share.

+1
I am so glad you took the time to put your wonderful instruction videos on YouTube. I have found renewed interest in my Bond machine and have been knitting up a storm. Until I saw your videos, I had not been using the transfer tools correctly which is why I probably found it difficult to master so it went into storage for 15 years. It now occupies a prominent place in my craft room and will be a part of my knitting world (along with hand knitting, you can’t replace the portability of hand knitting or the relaxing feeling of holding the needles and yarn while sitting in your favorite chair 🙂 You are an awesome teacher and I keep my tablet computer close to my Bond so I can review your techniques as I’m knitting. I think I would have really enjoyed taking classes from you in person. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us……again.
Dear Cheryl,

Hi Beth!
Thank you for your kind words. You can order the book at Sweater101.com. I really do think that it’s an excellent start to your knitting career because it’s simple yet orients you to knitting sweaters (but the principles apply to all sorts of knitting). Are you on Facebook? If so, come join us in the Ultimate Sweater Machine group. It’s a great group of people willing to share their projects and to answer questions.
Great knitting to you!!
Cheryl
